The 12th Panhellenic Student Debate Contest of the period 2012-2013 were organized by the European Cultural Centre of Delphi and the Ministry of Education, Lifelong Learning and Religious Affairs with the participation of 612 high school students from the regions of Attica, Macedonia, and Thrace as well as the prefecture of Fokida.
The qualifying matches started one month before the final match in the participating regions. The teachers of the schools had been trained in the current rules of argumentation competitions.
