The International Symposium “UN in the 21st Century: The Role and election of the Secretary-General” in honor of the former Secretary-General of the UN, Javier Perez de Cuellar, was organized by the Institute for Research and Policy Strategy for Development and Governance and supported by the European Cultural Centre of Delphi. The works began in Athens, on the 27th of May, at the Amphitheatre of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and were completed in Delphi on 28-30 May.
